General Policies
• Respectful behavior is expected from all clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive conduct.
• Please notify us of any health conditions or allergies before your appointment.
• Please keep track of your personal belongings during your visit.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to salon property or products.
• Please supervise children during your visit.
• Photography in the salon requires prior consent.
• Speak with our manager directly for any concerns or dissatisfaction.
Pricing and Refunds
• Service prices are displayed on our menu. Confirm costs with your technician before service.
• We do not offer refunds for completed services but address issues promptly.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) incur a $25 fee.
• Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service price.
• Clients with more than 2 missed appointments must pay a non-refundable deposit to rebook.
Guarantee, Redo & Refund
• Your satisfaction is our priority. Notify us immediately for service adjustments.
• Complimentary adjustments within three days of your appointment.
• No refunds once services are rendered.
• Enhancements and gel polish guaranteed for five days, excluding breakages. Contact us for free repairs.
• Repairs scheduled within three days of notification qualify for complimentary service. Additional charges may apply after five days or for breakages.
• Color matching may vary slightly due to manufacturer differences.
• Additional charges apply for design changes after completion.

• Walk-ins welcome for nail fixes; no appointments necessary.
• Gel service customers have up to 5 days for repairs if needed.
